My first shoot with Aisling and Mathew had to be postponed due to bad weather so I was really hoping that it was going to be warm and sunny the second time around. My wishes came true and we had absolutely amazing weather on the afternoon of the shoot.

I met Aisling and Mathew at a buzzing Kalk bay harbour. This location is certainly a feast for the senses. Colorful boats. Rows of fresh fish and smaller fry drying in the sun. Local musicians filling the air with bongo drum rhythms and half sung songs.

Cue Matt, school teacher by day but witty, super talented musician by night (or at least early evening). I had asked Matt to bring along his guitar but he certainly brought along the performance too. We started taking photos on one of the piers and Matt immediately settled down and began serenading Ais with some impromptu songs.

We moved to a few different spots round the harbour and it was great to see how comfortable Ais and Matt were with each other.  Aisling held herself so beautifully and looked stunning in every photo.  Ais, you are going to make a beautiful bride.
