Cape Gate Medi-Clinic opened it’s doors last month and to celebrate this occasion Feedem Pitseng prepared and served a top quality three course dinner to over 300 VIP Medi-Clinic guests.
I was there to capture all the preparations.
The event took place in a huge white tent that was erected in the Cape Gate Medi-Clinic parking lot. The white wooden floor and elegantly laid tables transformed the marquee into a five star restaurant. Feedem staff plated up the starters and desserts in a temporary kitchen at the back of the tent. I was absolutely amazed by the effort that went into the preparation of every plate. Each dessert was garnished with a hand spun sugar nest, over 300 of these nests were hand made on the afternoon of the event. If you have ever worked with caramelised sugar I think you too will be very impressed.
Well done to all the Feedem Pitseng staff who received many compliments on the delicious meal.
