I had originally decided to meet Tamlyn and Chad at Lagoon Beach for their engagement shoot but on the morning of the shoot the wind was howling in Milnerton so I decided that the sheltered promenade at Sea Point would be a much better option. Arriving from the windy side of the world, it was such a perfect afternoon in Sea Point, so warm and not a breath of wind.

Tamlyn and Chad were a great couple to photograph and quickly got comfortable in front of the lens. They were keen to try anything for a good photo from braving frigid knee deep sea water to posing on some rather jagged rocks. They were both so relaxed and natural together that it made for a truly fun afternoon shoot.
