Tim and Amy were married in the Simonstown Methodist Church on the 19th of December 2009. The wedding was followed by a lunch at The Black Marlin Restaurant.

Before heading to the reception venue I took the couple down to the beach for a photo session. What a pleasure, the beautiful high school sweethearts were so comfortable together, they needed very little prompting and immediately got creative with poses.

The reception began with humorous speeches from Tim’s brother and his bestman Mathew. Amy’s father gave an emotional speech as he said goodbye to his little girl . Tim, your speech was well worth the long hours you spent preparing it. It was by far the best speech I’ve heard and your love for Amy really shone through.

The day ended with all the guests gathering outside the venue to send off the newly weds. Tim sped off in a car that was decorated with shaving cream and pipecleaners, clearly he couldn’t wait to have some time alone with his bride.

A couple of weeks after this very romantic wedding Tim’s bestman, Matt and Amy’s bridesmaid, Aisling got engaged. I am looking forward to taking their wedding photos in September, keep watching my blog to see the photo’s.

Thank you Tim and Amy for making my job so easy, enjoy the photo’s.
