When I met with Marsha to discuss wedding photography she mentioned that she was keen to do an engagement shoot but wanted to stay away from the traditional style of photography. I always get excited when I meet a couple who wants to be more creative with their photo’s.

I decided on Bo-kaap as a location for the colourful houses, graffiti and weathered textures. What a great spot to shoot on a Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was awesome, kids playing in the streets and people sitting out on their porches.

I really enjoyed taking photographs of Marsha and Dale who look really good together.

Thank you Marsha and Dale, I am really looking forward to taking your wedding photo’s in January. I hope that you like these photo’s as much as I do.
