I met a very relaxed Dorianne at The Townhouse Hotel in Cape Town on a rainy Saturday morning. Dorianne had booked a room at the hotel and this made for some really great “getting ready” photo’s.
When you plan a wedding in August you need to be prepared for a rainy day and as the rain continued to fall I felt really relieved that I had organised a room at the Protea Hotel Colosseum in Century City. We arrived before the couple and were pleasantly surprised that they had organised the presidential suite for us. The stylish decor in this massive apartment made for some amazing pictures of the bridal party.
The wedding reception was held at the Mowbray Golf Club in Pinelands which was a beautiful venue with stunning views of green fairways stretching into the distance. I was very glad that the weather had cleared by the afternoon and we had the opportunity to get a couple of photo’s on the golf course before the reception started.
You may remember Dorianne and Tyrone from the maternity shoot I did with them a few months ago. They had an adorable baby girl who attended the whole wedding and was so happy during the event that she never cried. You can see herĀ in the photos below disguised as a little bear.
Thank you Dorianne and Tyrone. Enjoy the photo’s.
