Cristal and Clyde are getting married towards the end of the year and I am so excited that they have chosen me to capture their special day.  I always recommend that couples book an engagement session with me before the big day, not only is it great fun but it is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better.

I met Cristal, Clyde and Sharkeaziah (also known as Lil’K, it is less of a tongue twister) on Friday afternoon in Bo-kaap for the shoot.  What a pleasure to photograph this gorgeous family, they all looked so stunning in every photo.

This was my first shoot since completing an off camera flash workshop with top SA Photographer Sybrand Cillie. I used my new learn’t flash techniques in almost every shot and I am really pleased with the results.
