Frank and Kershea live in Korea.  Frank is originally from Chicago and Kershea a local SA girl.  The couple are planning a wedding in Chicago later this year but decided to travel to Cape Town for a ring ceremony and to celebrate with South African friends and family who won’t be able to make it to the wedding.
